So, last Thursday was the big colonoscopy appointment and when people tell you the prep is the worst part they are not lying. Clear liquids only and a giant laxative cocktail is not fun at all. They procedure was easy since it was fully under so it was like a delightful nap.
The results: the doctor found one 3mm polyp and thought that was it, but then he found a 20mm polyp which he told me had probably been growing for two years and would have become cancerous in a few years. I never would have had this procedure done if it weren't for my father and I'm feeling extremely blessed that he essentially could have saved my life.
These results make me wonder if those three IUIs didn't work for a reason. I would have put this procedure off for a while and I'm not sure when or if I would have had it done. I suppose I'll never know, but it's made me think.
In the TTC front, I'm down 18 pounds which I'm hoping helps our chances (I have 4 pounds to go until I'm at the weight I conceived B&G). We'll do our last two IUIs after AF arrives.
The boys are fully mobile and climbing everything which keeps me so busy! It is insane, and fun all at the same time, but leaves me with such limited blogging time. I always try to make it a priority, but most of the free time I have nowadays, I just want to relax or get my workout in. I wish there were a few more hours in the day!

Congrats with all the weight loss!! What are the next steps regarding the results? Do you have to have the test done every couple of years now? I am glad that you had the test & can be monitored closely.
