Thank you all for your positive thoughts. We went home on Friday evening and my father was released from the hospital on Saturday morning. He'll be on an antibiotic for the next two weeks. After that they will perform a colonoscopy and another CT scan on his liver. The doctor was very concerned that their is something more serious happening. He is back to his normal self so I'm just praying that it is only an infection.
Oh, and a quickie TTC update. AF arrived yesterday and if she stays on the current schedule I'm thinking about trying an IUI next month. I had wanted to wait until November because I didn't want to be coming off a BFN right around the time my SIL was having my nephew. Also, I'm running a five mile race on October 16, and I didn't want to be in the TWW during that time. Now I know I'll have AF during that time so I could still race before we even really get started on the cycle.
