I had my first beta this morning and nurse just called to tell me that it was 46 (13 dpo). It seems somewhat average, but I did have a positive digital yesterday and I thought those were a level of 50. Do the tests measure the same thing? I'm just hoping my numbers are climbing and not declining. I took another FRER and the line seemed slightly darker. I'm just hoping this is all going in the right direction.
I didn't even ask the nurse if those numbers seemed okay. So now I'm just feeling a little nervous.

46 at 13dpo is very good. Mine with my little guy was 33 at 15dpo and this time was 42 at 15dpo. The doubling time is more what they look for. Will you have another beta tomorrow? Fingers crossed!!
ReplyDeleteI don't think that the levels that the put on tests are very accurate. I had a positive digital test and a nearly negative internet cheapie, followed by a nearly negative FRER. Freaked me out because I thought my levels were dropping. Yet, here I am almost 12 weeks pregnant and things seem to be going well. I wish the same for you!!
ReplyDeleteThat's very, very close to the average. I used this website for betas, http://betabase.info/showBasicChart.php?type=Single. I think you've got a nice healthy bean in there. Take some deep breaths =)
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm late to respond -- I agree that these numbers are good. Thinking of you for your next test for the doubling time!!
