34 Weeks - I've been a bit of a slacker

The wonder twins have officially made it to 34 weeks 3 days.  I still can't believe it.

This weekend I had my baby shower which was quite nice.  I just had family and a few friends. About ten people total.  I'm so happy my mom, dad and sister were able to visit this weekend as well.  My mother was a HUGE help with us getting the nursery together (minus a few decorations)! She motivated us all into some type of project (washing clothes, glider assembly, painting the dresser). I think she was nesting more than I am.  Today I left work early to stop at T.arget to pick up a few remaining baby items and get some curtains for the room.  I'm hoping that I can just put on a few minor touches this weekend, but otherwise I'm hoping to get in one relaxing weekend before those babies get here.  I'll put a picture of the nursery at the bottom of this post.

Yesterday, the babies had their first non stress test.  They look awesome, but I had some high blood pressure and was kept there for about five hours of observation.  I'm happy to report that I was discharged with out giving birth! I want to keep these babies in here for a few more weeks.  Next test is on Friday and I'm praying that all will be okay.

I need to catch up on my blog ready from yesterday and today.  Hopefully I'll be able to do that tomorrow.
