Houston, we have heartbeats!

As soon as I got to the doctor's office I felt slightly better and then when Mr. W came I started to feel excited instead of just nervous.  We actually got called back in 10 minutes which is rare.  I stripped down that the u/s tech came in right away. 

This lady is very serious so I spent the first few seconds trying to guage her reaction, but she quickly turned the monitor around to show us the first heartbeat and then zoomed in on the other.  Baby A is at 128 and Baby B is already an overachiever with 136! I didn't ask about measurements, but my doctor came in and said everything looks great.  I don't like to have too much information to g.oogle so I just wait for them to tell me all is good.

I go back in two weeks for our last u/s with the RE and then I move onto a normal ob in 4 weeks.  I'm lucky that I can still go to the same place.  My RE is a part of a hospital system so I will just move up a floor when I start seeing the other doc.

I told my boss today as well.  I didn't want to tell a lot of people, but I wanted her to know why I had so many medical appointments.

Introducing Bean and Bear W.

Bean and Bear and nicknames I've had for Mr. W that have somehow transferred to the little ones.  I like that they have an identity even if they are kind of nerdy nicknames.
