I don’t know if it’s technically insomnia, but each night I cannot stay awake past 9:30 p.m., but I’m awake tossing and turning each night between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. then have an awful sleep until about 5:30. I can usually fall back asleep then, but I’m so tired now when I have to wake up. And I can’t even blame it on caffeine. I have 6 oz of decaf and 6 oz of regular in the morning and that’s about it. I just can’t seem to quit it all the way! But I’m much more aware of other sources of caffeine now and have pretty much eliminated them.
It’s 10dpiui and I was so tempted to test early, but I really want hold out some hope. This 2WW has been totally different. My multi-vitamin and folic acid are making me so nauseous that I have to eat a few animal crackers before taking them now. I thought I was going to have to pull over to throw up the other morning and then finally realized that it’s after I take my vitamins. No sore nips. From the time I O typically they hurt every day until AF arrives. Do you think it’s because I used the trigger shot instead of Oing naturally?
I’m starving and I cried at the news today when they featured two beagles for adoption so it seems like I could be pretty PMSy. I hate these few days of waffling between hope and doubt!

You sound like me. I've been up every night this week between 1 and 2 am. It's driving me crazy.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you have some good signs working for you there. I have my fingers crossed! :)
Crossing everything for those signs! They sound like good ones.
ReplyDeleteI hope you can get some better sleep soon!! Waking up a lot really sucks. :(
Or...I hope your sleep remains disturbed for about 9 months...and then for a couple of years... :)
It sounds you have some great signs!!! The insomnia is not fun, but hopefully you will get your sweet reward for putting up with it;)
ReplyDeleteDawn, I sleep that way also, although now it's waking up several times a night. It sucks.
ReplyDeleteHowever, each of my three BFPS...my first sign was insomnia that started at around 7DPO. I hope that's the case with you, too!
